Shipping and Returns


General Terms

You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you, or an authorized representative, are unavailable when your package arrives then the carrier will leave a re-delivery slip.

We cannot ship to post office boxes, to APO/FPO addresses, or to a hotel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Local Delivery

We offer complimentary same-day local delivery to addresses within the D.C. metropolitan area for orders placed prior to 2:00pm (EST). Signature is required for local delivery.

Ground Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping via Federal Express on all U.S. orders greater than $75.00.  Your package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Express/Second Day Delivery

Shipping charges for second day delivery is $20; however, complimentary express shipping is available on orders over $500.  Your order must reach us by 12 pm (EST) in order for it to be processed that day and for delivery within two business days.

Overnight delivery

Shipping charges for overnight delivery (outside of the metropolitan D.C. area) is $35.  Your order must reach us by 12 pm (EST) in order for it to be processed that day and for delivery the following working day.


Shipping will not be available on the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day, the 4th Thursday of November 

Christmas Day, December 25th

New Years Eve, December 31st

New Years Day, January 1st  


You may return any product ordered on the website for refund or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received with all stickers attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

To exchange a product, please contact customer service or call 1.202.517.7299. If you received an item as a gift through, then you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery.  You will be charged the difference in price.  Unless otherwise instructed we will use the credit card that we have on file for your account.
