May I exchange an item, even if it was given to me as a gift?

To exchange a product, please contact us directly at contact@sherberandrad.com or call 1.202.517.7299. If you received an item as a gift then you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery.  You will be charged the difference in price.  Please be aware that returned items must be unopened, undamaged and with original factory seals intact; if the item is damaged or the original seal has been broken then the item is not returnable. What special shipping arrangements do you offer?

Local Delivery
We offer same-day local delivery to addresses within a 15-mile radius of the boutique for orders placed prior to 12:00pm (EST) - this is complimentary for orders valued at $500 or more, and for orders of lesser value we can arrange same-day local delivery for a fee. Signature is required for local delivery.

Ground Shipping
We offer complimentary ground shipping via UPS on all U.S. orders greater than $75.00.  Your package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Second Day or Overnight Delivery
Complimentary express shipping is available on orders over $500, and for orders of lesser value you can choose this option in checkout.  Your order must reach us by 12:00pm (EST) in order for it to be processed that day and for delivery within two business days. 

Holiday Shipping
Shipping will not be available on the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day, the 4th Thursday of November 
Christmas Day, December 25th
New Years Eve, December 31st
New Years Day, January 1st

What is the S+R returns policy?

  1. SHERBER+RAD will accept returns per the following conditions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
    1. All returned items must be accompanied by the receipt and all original components and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.  
    2. Absence of, or damage to, any items that accompanied the original shipment will void the issuance of a refund or store credit. 
    3. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and with original factory seals intact.
    4. If the item is damaged or the original seal has been broken then the item is not returnable. 
    5. No refunds are permitted on prescription products, or on services rendered.
    In place of returned items, we would be happy to help you select a different product.  Please call us at 202.517.7299 and ask for our Director of Retail.

Can my order be shipped as a personalized gift?

You may select a gift presentation for your purchase which includes a luxe S+R gift box with matching ribbon and a hand-written gift note on S+R stationery with verbiage to your specifications. Please indicate this in Step 1 (Shipping) of the checkout process where you will find an option to add a gift box.

How may I redeem a S+R gift card?

You may redeem your gift card either in-store or via our online store.

Please consider the following information:

  1. If your gift card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will be kept on your gift card and can be redeemed in subsequent orders.
  2. If your order amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by another valid form of payment.
  3. Any remaining balance on your gift card will be shown on the receipt of your purchase. You can also contact our team during regular hours [M-F, 10am – 6pm EST] via phone [202.517.7299] or email [contact@sherberandrad.com] to inquire about your balance.
  4. On our website, you may redeem your gift card on the payment page when making a purchase. Your gift card amount will be applied toward your order as payment. You may also redeem your physical or virtual gift card in our retail store.
